HomeCreed[Hereinafter referred to as “HC”] makes every effort to process your order quickly and get your items delivered without any delay. Estimated shipping and delivery times are displayed on each of our products. Please be informed that these are estimates only and HC shall not be responsible for any delays in production and / or delivery of the product.

Shipping Charges

HC provides free delivery to certain areas as indicated in our delivery zone plan displayed on our website. There will be a delivery charge for areas not located in our free delivery zone. The delivery charge for such areas shall be indicated and charged to you at the time of ordering. Please note that there will be an additional charge in case of special delivery situations such as high-rise buildings with no service elevators or difficult access areas where extra manpower or equipment will be required. This additional charge, if applicable, will have to be borne by the customer irrespective of the type of delivery (free or paid) the product is subjected to.

Policy on Cancellations / Modifications and Returns

  1. You may cancel your order within twenty four hours of placing the order and make modifications within forty eight hours of placing the order. Request for cancellation or modification of the order is to be made by sending an email to our Customer Care at help@homecreed.com. A processing charge of Rs 500/- shall be applicable for this service. However, NO cancellations or modifications are permitted in QuickShip.
  2. Return of Damaged Merchandise - If you receive damaged merchandise we will replace it after due enquiry. We make every effort to pack items so they are delivered in a new and fit to use condition. If there are quality issues or damages in transit noticed at the time of installation, the same should be brought to the notice of Home Creed person, so that the defective piece may be repaired or replaced at the earliest possible time, with least inconvenience to the customer. However, if the problem is not resolved within 72 hours of noticing the problem the customer has the option to seek a refund.
  3. No Returns – We do not accept returns for products once delivered in perfect condition. Home Creed makes every effort to produce quality products and make our products defect free and pack properly to prevent damages on the way. We cannot offer exchanges, returns or refunds if the product is per your order specifications originally confirmed and in good order. The computer rendition may be different from actual therefore we strongly recommend that you visit our Experience Centre at 1, Jangpura Market, Near Eros Cinema, New Delhi-110014 before ordering so you can see, touch and feel the product to your satisfaction.

Default by Buyer

Buyer shall be bound to take delivery of the Products purchased that are said to be in a deliverable state. In the case of a default, the Buyer may be liable on account of such non-acceptance for any loss of any fee or charges.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is included in the price displayed at the time of ordering.

  1. You can track your order by entering the docket details provided in the confirmation email. Please allow twenty-four business day hours from the time your order was submitted for the status to begin updating.
